Potato Pie

Preheat Oven to 350
3 Ts Flour
1 2/3 cup Sugar
1 cup mashed Sweet Potatoes (canned or baked)
2 eggs
1/4 cup light Corn Syrup
1/4 t ground Nutmeg
1/4 t Cinnamon
dash Salt
3/4 cup evaporated Milk
1/2 cup melted butter

9 inch unbaked pie crust shell

Mix all wet ingredients together, then
mix all dry ingredients.
Combine wet and dry, then pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife
comes out clean. Let pie set 10 minutes,
slice and serve . . .

An;t B'd Tip . . .  Put foil around the crust edge to keep it  light golden brown.
